This coffee comes from the Calan region of Honduras, an area known for its cool mountain climate, rich volcanic soils, and high elevations that create ideal conditions for specialty coffee. These growing conditions allow the coffee cherries to mature slowly, producing a cup that is sweet, balanced, and approachable.

The coffee is produced by COHORSIL, a cooperative that supports more than 400 farming families throughout the Calan Valleys. Their commitment to quality, sustainability, and community development is reflected in every cup.
